	Several weeks ago, I dropped in to your Pembroke Pines store with a handful of broken rings and scrap gold. My goal was to replace my wife's engagement ring set with a single ring that utilized all of her diamonds, symbolically bridging the old to the new as we celebrate our 25^th wedding anniversary. Joyce and Cliff worked with me for well over an hour listening to my preferences and helping to translate my novice ideas into a practical ring design. A 3-dimensional computer model of this draft design was later emailed to me to confirm it met my expectations – it was perfect. The ring was completed and I recently picked it up at your store. I cannot remember a time when my expectations have been so completely surpassed. Moreover, my wife was completely elated by her anniversary gift, and I am certain I am locked in for at least another 25 years! I would like to thank you and your great staff for turning a simple idea into a brilliant heirloom that we will treasure forever.
	It does pay to advertize since I saw the Beverly ad in the Sun Sentinel and sold some old gold jewelry to you. I was treated so nicely by the staff at that time and again when I brought in my watch for repair. I now have a Florida jeweler that I can trust.
	Don't know how to thank you for your creative talents!!! The tanzanite ring you made for our wedding was so gorgeous!!! Everyone admired it and we told all about Beverly's.. Sorry it took so long for me to thank you but our last company from Rome left yesterday. Thank you again and I will be in for a few changes to my jewelry as soon as we can.
